Ryan Van Spengen is a licensed Alberta REALTOR® and the founder of KARAKTER Realty, a boutique Calgary real estate brokerage. A lifelong Calgarian and SAIT alumnus, Ryan brings a background in condominium development marketing, residential investment, and new home construction to every client engagement.
